In this I tell you that how you show google bar if it is disabled from your home screen.
Follow these sipmle steps to enable google search bar on home screen.
Step1:-Hold your finger on home screen.
Step2:-After that, you will to click on widget option. 
Step3:-After it you will show google search option but doesn't click on it. 
Step4:-scroll it, now you will show a google option click on it.
Step5:-After clicking, you will show google search bar option now click on it.
Step6:-Now go back by pressing back button.
Now google bar is enabled in your home screen.
